Tendi (“Tendi,” “we,” “us”) builds software that helps childcare centers run their day. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our demo form, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing site — not the Tendi application your center uses, which is governed by your service agreement with us.
Information we collect
When you book a demo or reach out to us, we collect what you choose to share — typically your name, your daycare's name, your role, the number of locations and children you run, what you'd like help with, your email address and phone number, and any note you add.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit — to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To respond to you and schedule a walkthrough.
- To prepare a demo tailored to your center.
- To communicate with you about Tendi.
- To keep the site secure and to improve it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information — ever.
How we share it
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, email delivery (SendGrid) and website hosting (Cloudflare) — and only as needed to do their work. We may also disclose information if required by law. That's it.
Data security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we treat your details with care and limit who can see them.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain our records, then no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. Just reach out using the details below.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for childcare operators and other adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Cookies
This site keeps things simple. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies — only what's essential to serve the pages.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
